Accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms all with walk in wardrobes. Master bedroom contains Queen size double bed, cable Tv, clock alarm / radio, ensuite bathroom including corner bath / shower / wc / His & Her vanity units. Bedroom 2 contains Queen size double bed + clock alarm. Bedroom 3 contains twin beds + clock alarm. No 2 bathroom / bath / shower / wc situated between bedrooms 2 / 3, with rear door leading to patio and pool area.
Large family room has 2 sofas, patio doors leading to pool area, Large flat screen Cable TV, VCR,CD PLAYER DVD + High Speed Wi Fi Internet connection + free telephone calls to Europe / USA / CANADA. No 2 Living room has 2 sofas one a Queen sofa bed (sleeps 2 if required).
Formal dining area with large dining table and 6 chairs.
We have a fully equipped open plan kitchen and breakfast area including table & 4 chairs, all cutlery & crockery provided, fridge / freezer / ice maker / full cooking range / microwave / dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Separate utility room housing large washing machine & dryer.
Our villa occupies a fabulous large corner site with surrounding gardens, with our own private swimming pool and evening illumination, spacious sun decking, patio set with luxury sun loungers and chairs to help you soak up that magnificent Florida sun. We are so easy to find, located just off Interstate 4 and fitted with a secure key lock box for your convenience. FANTASTIC!!! No management co to find on your arrival, you drive straight to our front door.
